Return Registration

You can register your return and download the return form using the form below.

Please note that you as a customer are responsible for correctly returning the product. This means that you return the product unused, undamaged and have tracking information for the return shipment.

This way, no misunderstandings can arise and the returns process runs as smoothly as possible for everyone. We will refund the purchase amount to your account no later than 14 days after receipt!

Return Conditions

Make sure that:

• The articles completely are
• The items are in their original packaging undamaged are
• You have a Track & Trace code for your return and email it to us
• It return form is added
• Your order number is on the returns form
• You name stated on the return form

Does your return not meet the above points? Then unfortunately we cannot process your return and we cannot refund the purchase price.
